All guests must provide a credit card at the registration desk for incidentals. A $100 hold will be placed on the card by the hotel.

Electric Pleasures Purchase Terms: Room changes or cancellations 14 days or less prior to the event are prohibited. Refund Policy: All cancellations will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Only account credits will be issued if a cancellation request is made more than 60 days after initial purchase. No money-back refunds will be issued after 60 days of initial purchase. Purchases made within 45 days of event are only eligible for credit refunds. No refunds or credits will be issued 14 days or less before the event.
